AHA BLS HeartCode (Hybrid Course)

Part 1: Complete the online course at your convenience.

Part 2: Attend a 1-hour in-person skills session.

This course covers adult, child, and infant CPR and AED use. Upon successful completion, you will receive the same official AHA certification card, valid for 2 years.

After registration, your online course link will be sent by the end of the day.  

Students who successfully complete the online course and hands-on skills session, will receive a BLS Course Completion card, valid for two years.

 The Heartsaver First Aid Online course is taught in a blended learning format. Students must complete the online portion prior to attending the hands-on skills session of their choice which is conducted by Phyllis Angels.

 The American Heart Association HeartSaver for K-12 First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that will teach students the critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking, or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes of an emergency until medical services help like (EMS) arrives. Students will learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock, and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult and child (1+) CPR and AED use.
