Once payment is received for a CPR class, no refunds will be issued.
However, we understand that emergencies can occur. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule once within 30 days of your original class date.

Refund Eligibility:

• Full Refund: If your class is paid in full, you may cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 2 days prior to the class start date, provided the class has not yet begun.
   
• No Refund: All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
   

Course Transfers:

• You may request to transfer to a different class based on availability.
   
• Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled class start date.
   
• Additional fees may apply.
   

Exceptions:
In cases of documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, refunds or class transfers may be granted at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
